One of our client, who offers a full range of home maintenance and renovation services (roof insulation, house extension, painting, …), is looking to replace his existing Windows based account management software with a responsive web application. The main objectives of the application will be to store the customers details, create quotes, invoices and refunds, track employees commissions and bonus and keep track of the annual inspections.
Time scale: 2 months
Requirements:
The application should be develop using Laravel (Preferably with Laravel 5) and integrate the Metronic backend theme (we have a license).

The app should be secured (with a ssl certificate).
The app need to be fully responsive (it will be used on mobile phones and tablets).

Main functionalities:
Add/Modify offices
Add/Modify employees (Some employees will have access to the app dashboard according to the User access and capabilities table - attached to this job description)
View/Modify employees commissions and bonus

When creating a quote, the items can be entered manually or inserted from a predefine job description list.
Predefine job description can include hourly rate and surface calculation.
Employees commissions and bonus will be calculated from the information on the invoices.
Each time an invoice is generated it will create an annual inspection entry.
We will need client side validations on all the forms.
Existing customers and employees informations (from the old software) will need to be imported from a csv file.
