DESKTOP APPLICATION NEEDED!

Hi,

I am looking for someone to build a desktop instant messenger service. This must be flash based and have a unique look to it, The main features must include -

1) Log in feature - (this must be linked to my current member data base MYSQL)

2) On the log in are it must have 2 links again being able to link to my current site these would be register free & forgot password.

When user has logged in they should be met with -

Online & Offline Friends
Mailbox (Linked to site)
Edit Profile (Linked to site)
Add New friends (Linked to site)
Invite Friends
Chat Rooms (Linked to site)
Games (Linked to site)
Profile photo (Linked to site)

The users must be able to Instant message/ private chat with their buddies. For the private/ instant messages they must have -

Choice of Fonts
Smilies,
Block user
Profile photo (Linked to site)

Mainly everything is on site I need a .exe application that will install a flash messenger with the features mentioned above. Must be unique and eye catching, and easy user control. Also the users must be able to make all the screens, im, main, etc full screen if they choose to do so.

My current Instant Messenger is installed on pc's then uses html to log in. This is seen by users.
