Ostensibly, it will be an app which can be downloaded using the following platforms (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), Android, Blackberry, Symbian, Windows Mobile).
The app itself would be pretty basic where users can create a basic profile and enter some details to register. It would need a search facility linked to a database of existing members.
