Database and back end pages for mobile app

I am building an IOS app which is a supplier search.
The categories will be based on the app but the search results will be managed on a back end server.

What I require is someone to create a table where I can input the relevant data into the fields and it will update the search results.

I have an idea on layout but would like this to be built also.

In the search results, the results would come out in a list. The person can select one item and it goes to another page with more details which includes a map, email and call functionality.
