Customization of existing website - changes to account setup/event sign up procedure

Description of every page/module: Module 1:
- Add new sign up buttons and change configuration of existing participant and volunteer sign up buttons (text needs to be customisable on admin side) on intotri.com/events
- Amend existing event sign up pop up which takes into account information specified on events tab and contains mandatory drop down boxes to gather information about users
- User data from event sign up pop-up needs to be stored on admin side and ready to be exported through existing RC-Import/Export Subscriber functionality

Module 2:
- Minor changes to existing event sign up confirmation pop-up and automatically generated email

Modul 3:
- Redesign account sign up form (optional and mandatory drop downs, free form fields)
- allow selected users to set up multiple accounts on same email address
- amend backend to allow users to add accounts to existing email address
