Customise a Theme and Build Website (Programming and Graphics)

Description of requirements/features: I am a business with 1 partially completed website (On a VPS) based on the theme below:

It requires some changes and updates to be made. I want it to have the same parallax movement of the theme below:

and some of the design features of this website below:

I then want to clone the site and apply a different homepage design for 4 other websites based primarily on the one design and I want all with slight variations to them. So it's effectively 1 site with customisation on the others, adding pictures, videos and some moving around of text.

In terms of modifications I can only provide you with so many until you've done the first revision and then there will be some more but couldn't confirm/quantify at this stage exactly what they will be. I'm aiming to get this done asap.
