I require a custom website/application that allows a customer to register their preferences and in return we provide recommendations based on their budget, location, requirements, Etc. This is a type of planning software.
There would be three types of user, a customer, supplier and admin. Supplier would upload their details on their products/services to use for the recommendations.
Needs to have SMS integration and possibility of a mobile app in the future.
Site must accept payment.
