Custom PHPBB Calendar plugin for "scheduling" events

Looking for a custom plugin for a PHPBB 3.0 installation.

The forum's populated by gamers, and we miss a plugin that our web developer made for our 2.0 installation - a custom calendar that allowed us to post start and end times for gaming sessions on a particular date whilst also having that viewable on the front page of the forum in a "Next five events" rolling format.

There's other functionality I'd like added, for example being able to categorise the event (as game, livestream, podcast etc) and have forum members able to commit themselves to joining that game - even better would be an email notification sent out to commiters to notify them of the game's start.

I'm mainly trying to see if there are people on PPH able to do this, and once I've secured somebody I'll work up a final brief with a wireframe of our expected final product.
