Description

Experience Level: Entry
I require a basic HTML form which allows a visitor to type their website name (i.e. example.com) and when they click on a button named 'open' it appends the word /admin to the address so they are taken to example.com/admin .

If the visitor were to enter example2.com into the form and click open it would take them to example2.com/admin .
