Custom Fields / Anywhere Elementor work

I am building a website where logged in users can upload a post to a custom post type called "Resources" including text, a banner image and an upload of a pdf document.
I have set up the a custom post type Resources and have build an Anywhere Elementor template called Resources Template" to display the uploaded posts.
The problem I have is displaying the unique uploaded pdf for each post within the Anywhere Elementor template.
The task for this job is to check that the custom fields are correctly set up and add a "download PDF" button to the template that links to the file uploaded to the post. For someone who knows what they are doing this should be a simple talk. I have attached screens shots from a similar website to illustrate what I mean.
