Custom Code for Softr page - Scanner

I don't care about your experience or what you have done, I just want u to have 10 minutes to evaluate a simple task of making use of a webapp platform - Softr.io together with Airtable to create a QR Code Scanner page that can automate the whole redemption process. What I have done is leaving only ONE step of pressing a button, however, I am aiming at triggering a scanner function continueously and once it scanned a valid QR Code of those particular domain, it will initiate chrome and kick off the automation steps, without a touch of any single button.

Please just get back to me with 1) estimated time of completion, 2) a lumpsum cost of getting this task done.
