CSS/JavaScript changes to be made to existing clickable map

Description of requirements/features: Brief: To make cosmetic changes to an existing HTML 5 map via CSS.

All original assets and documentation will be provided.

Changes to be made includes:

Removal of counties within Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales to make one clickable area rather than individual counties.
Removal of outline of Ireland
Change hover colour to #0065AE
Removal of existing hover tag and replace with “notepad style” design with different text for different regions – example attached.

Detail required on each “notepad style” hover is:

Region name (ie East Midlands)
o Q4 2014 – 935
o Q1 2015 – 894
o % change +% -%

o Sector 2
o Sector 3
