Css coding

Looking for a quick bout of coding help. Attached are some quick sketches of two feedstyle-blogs we are trying to get up and running. We're not as savvy as a dedicated developer we're looking for somebody to write the css for us to make these two quite simple 4page imagefeed blogs come to life.
Since we already own the server space and are familiar with the backend we'd much prefer this just to be a hack on one of Cargo Collective's existing templates – see http://cargocollective.com/ or http://butdoesitfloat.com as a one column example as well as their list of other templates.

We'd hand over our passwords, designs and assets you required and let you treat the code.
