Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of every page/module: I have just messed up the CSS frameset on my site. Basically It is supposed to hold just the form section of this page http://www.grb.uk.com/sbm/4202 which is hosted on a page here. http://jobs.classquick.com/grb.htm
Description of requirements/features: I did have some code which made it so that you could only see the form and nothing else. I have attached the original page so you can get an idea on how it was done. Basically you need to just adjust the pixels etc to put the form back in place.
