Creating WordPress job application form

Hello,
I want to recruit someone with experience with WordPress form pages to help me creating a simple job application form on my WordPress website.
- We want to let the job applicants enter their information and answer some questions including uploading their documents.
- The job is lump-sum so I will not pay for any additional fees such as plugins. I'm ready with the application questions (English/Arabic).
- After the applicant fills in the form, we should be able to export the application's information to excel or google Sheets like what we do with Google Forms.
- As our website is mobile-friendly, we expect the new page to be mobile-friendly as well.
It should be a quick job for someone familiar with websites forms I am looking for a reliable form. Preferred with Captcha.
