Create new filtering system and layout for WordPress articles

Improve the filtering of articles on a subscription site by:

> Moving the filters from the right bar and moving them above the articles.
> Adding a switch to show only articles the user is subscribed to.
> Add a floating filter which will display as you scroll down the available articles.
> For articles where a user isn't subscribed, show a small snippet and provide option to contact sales.
> Add a pop-up so if someone wants to subscribe to a different package, it sends an email to sales.
> Option to display articles in grid and list view

I will provide:

> Full Adobe XD designs, inc. desktop/mobile layouts.
> Code/Database for existing site.
> On-hand, 24/7 to answer any question you have

Requirements:

> Must provide clean, commented code.
> No commercial plugins to be used. You can create a new one, if required.
> This is an urgent project - 48/72hrs turnaround time required - DO NOT submit a proposal if you cannot meet this deadline!!
> I will deposit 50% of the price in advance, once I have seen progress/code, happy to release this and deposit the balance.
