Create index page that will be added to adent.io software

I'm seeking a web developer who can create an index page that will be eventually be added to our adent.io software.
I want an experienced web developer to create an index page on your local machine. After which I would have viewed it, to check it meets the job description i will have supplied to you. I’d then want you to upload it to 1 of my domains as the index page.

Bear in mind that the index page will eventually be added to 1 of our other domains that uses the adent.io software we recently purchased.

If after veiwing, you are certain you can create the index page to fit within adent.io software , then i can send the actual job descripotion of the index page layout and description. I am offering £200 to complete this job.
