Experience Level: Intermediate
Create html code for a dynamic Table of Contents for wordpress that will automatically list all the h3 headings on a given page and create jump links to them. I want to be able to insert this on each page of my site so that it creates a unique TOC for each page. I have a free wordpress.com website so I cannot use a plugin.

I need this done right away. Can you do this?
