Create clever and cool CSS for website

We need to get an existing website improved and upgraded by developing effective portfolio pages through CSS. Its a website for football and sports fans and we would also like to include a web game. The site should be cool, hip, and easy to navigate/use. The project has to be ready as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.
