Create beautiful custom tag cloud, integrated with our wordpress site. Maybe flash?

We are looking with a developer with a good eye for design and aesthetics to create a tag cloud for our site, which uses the wordpress engine.

The site is nearly completed, but we have not been able to get the tag cloud right. Originally we were using the excellent, free wordpress flash plugin WP-Cumulus (http://www.logicnest.com/archives/132), but the animation was not quite right, we could not customise it to the right level, and it did not fit within out column width due to the character length of tags we have.

We want someone to create a cloud that:

-LOOKS AMAZING - and fits in with the design aesthetic of our site, including size, fonts, colours
-WORKS WELL - is fully compatible with all browsers, and easy to use, by even the least computer literate visitor
-FITS IN TO OUR EXISTING TEMPLATE - the cloud is restricted to a certain column width, so may need to rotate vertically rather than horizontally
-IS FULLY ADAPTABLE FROM THE BACK END - we want to be able to tell the cloud what tags to show etc, and to have it easily accessible for our whole team, many of whom have little web experience

As with WP-cumulus, we are happy for the cloud to be animated with flash, and have a revolving cloud. However, we are open to suggestions if you have been working on something amazing that is non-flash, and maybe we haven't thought of.

We want to get the tag cloud right for our site, so there are likely to be a couple of rounds of changes - this will be a collaborative process, since our team works in art and design.
