Create a WordPress plugin with serial number activation control

I currently use a WordPress plugin called Code Snippets to use with 3 separate bits of php code.

I want a WordPress plugin to be created to be able to install or apply the 3 bits of php code and to be executed once the plugin has been installed.

My php code needs to be encrypted or at least anti copy or piracy proof.

The plugin can only be activated with a activation key or serial number, as this is going to be a paid WordPress plugin.

Only one activation key or serial number can be used per domain to prevent persons using the plugin on more than one domain without paying for subsequent activation keys or serial numbers.

There needs to be an ability to deactivate serial numbers or activation codes from within the WordPress admin backend.

I want to be able to sell activation codes or serial numbers from my current WordPress website through Woo Commerce as a digital instant download.

When sending me a proposal, please detail the steps on how you are going to achieve this rather than saying you can complete the job, as this will demonstrate that you understand the job.
