Create a HTML email template

Attached is a pdf draft of an email template that we want to e-mail to prospective clients before we call them with a sales pitch.

It's pretty simple at the moment - it's a text based email with a few images thrown in. We'd be happy to take some advise on the design of it.

We require somebody to take this template (we will make the images available) and create a html template email that we can send from our Google Apps account. We have no idea which type of email platform will be receiving the email, and the whole point of getting it done properly rather than just ripping the html from an editor ourselves is because we want it to be working across all platforms (taking such issues into account - http://24ways.org/2009/rock-solid-html-emails/)

Can you please send over some example emails that you've created previously along with your quote.

We'd like the work completed within a day or two.

Any other advise or recommendations with your quotes would also be welcome.
