Create a flash presentation

I have a short Flash presentation which spoofs a GUI of a PMP, and it simply needs resizing to accommodate a different screen resolution. The designer who originally created it is no longer available, and I don't have sufficient Flash knowledge for the project. This is a one-off, however it's being presented for a new product which, if successful, would lead to long-term ongoing work.
