Create a basic multi vendor shopping site. Using PHP, Bootstrap

I need to create a multi vendor shopping website using PHP , Bootstrap , HTML and Mysql data base on the local computer. required to create user registration form to insert data to the data base tables. Users should be able to upload product details including images to the products page and display . Moreover an option to delete and modify the product details. The website and the data base is hosted using Xampp. Feel free to ask if there's anything to sort out .
