Correct some problems on an Dedicated server (using ssl)

General information for the website: plesk dedicated server
Description of requirements/features: Hello,

I would like someone to:
a) To correct some issues that I might have on my dedicated server. The server is on Pleask 11.5.
For example now I have an issue regarding sending emails to Hotmail and/or Gmail. Some of the clients that have hotmail or gmail can not receive emails from a domain.

b) teach me the general issues of ssl

The language must be in English.
The administrator (the one that will help me) must fix the issues that I might have and give to him in less than 36 hours.
