Copy a website idea

What I want to do is take the idea of hunnyhive.com and make my own version I have ny own server to host it but I need the framework put in place ill be happy to have Skype meetings but all payments will be made via people per hour the site must operate closely like hunnyhive but should you have any ideas forimprovements let me know the budget is for a basic site like hunnyhive if I like the work ill pay more for the additional changes any questions please let me know.
