Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: A single javascript code that will generate a pop-up message for the website directing visitors to my privacy policy statement page, or enabling them to close the message without leaving the page. Would need clear instructions of where to place the script within the HTML content of each page and where to store the javascript.
