Converting/enhancing MODX 1.0.4 site to MODX cloud/Wordpress with responsive design

Description of requirements/features: We are looking to either upgrade the website to MODX cloud or Wordpress 4.1. The key factor is responsive design, currently it is very static and does not scale to the large variety of screen sizes that exist these days.

We are also looking to enhance the Downloads section whereby any technical documents requested have to fill in a form, currently this is not working well.

All applicants will be provided with a link to the site to review and must be prepared to provide a response as to how they would undertake this conversion and how they will deliver the newly converted site on the consideration that we require that the existing site stay live until the converted site is ready for deployment.

Applicants must have good standing on PeoplePerHour with equally creditable feedback and must be prepared to provide regular communication regarding progress. Applicants should also understand that we will require 48 hours to review proposals before making contact, so there will be a quiet period where they may not receive a response. We respect that it takes time to make contact and provide a proposal and to honour this we respond to all applicants regardless of whether they are suitable or not.
