Convert Survey Into A Skip Logic Survey

Hello my name is Rhys.

The objective of this project is, I'm looking for an experienced survey programmer.
They must have knowledge and experience in building skip logic based surveys.

I already have a survey which needs to be modified into a skip logic based survey.
The survey is a modified Contact Form 7.
On my website I would like my survey to be skip logic, based on the respondent's answers.

As a requirement, I don't want my survey to be dependent on any survey platform what so ever.
For example, SurveyMonkey, Survey Sparrow, Qualtrics etc.
Are you capable of creating a skip logic survey without any of these platforms?
