Convert my website into a mobile ordering site

Need to convert my website (www.need2cater.com) into a mobile site where customers can select the food items they want. An order sheet would populate and when they submit the order it goes to an email address. Orders will be confirmed via phone or email that they were received.

Customer info should be stored (or a login id present so they don't need to keep entering it in)

Cuisine choice
Contact person
Contact name
Additional information (optional)
Budget requirements (optional)

There needs to be min of 10 people per cuisine . Because we have multiple cuisine we need to think of a clever way for them to choose the items. Perhaps place each cuisine type on a tab and the info needed gets entered at the end of the choice list where the orders can be submitted.

History should also be stored for their reference.
