Convert my website from Flash to completely NON-Flash (i.e. HTML/CSS/Java/JQuery etc)

Kind of development: Conversion of existing website from Flash based to that of being completely NON-Flash based.
Description of requirements/features: Very simple project to convert an existing website.


To convert my existing website (which was made using a template that is completely Flash driven) to a new, completely NON-Flash based website.

I'd like the functionality of my revamped website to be pretty much exactly the same as the existing site (unless you suggest better ways of doing stuff) - so am looking for something which looks and behaves almost exactly the same as my current site, but with the following added benefits;

1) That it'll work on all platforms (Windows/Mac etc).
2) The background images need to completely fit within the browser window and dynamically change size when the browser is resized.
3) The 'logo' (my name) to be a server side font, which I will supply, and not be a jpg, and it too to change size as/when the browser window is dynamically changed size.
4) Better looking menu (i.e. font/etc) than that which is currently being used.
5) To look good on mobile devices and not just to look good only on computer monitors.
6) An easier to use 'Client Area' (if this is goin gto be difficult/expensive to do I'd prefer this section is not included and to have no 'Client Area')
7) Easy way for me to add / change all images (including those as 'Backgrounds' (I am able to make simple amendments to HTML if your solution requires some knowledge of HTML/CSS etc).

I am looking for the most competitive price.

Finished product - you are to provide me with the converted site (complete with all images in place) and I'll upload it to my hosting company.
