Convert HTML template to AngularJS

Description of requirements/features: Hi,

I am looking for a developer to convert HTML templates to AngularJs. The work requires just converting a web page (or pages) and adding tags which I will specify to pull data from a separate file. You don't need to worry about the data itself (files or generation), you will only need to convert the template design.

For an example of the types of HTML I need to convert, please take a look at the various sites at http://themeforest.net/category/site-templates.

Please provide a quote for:
1. Converting an average single home page based on the example templates above
2. Converting each additional page, which will consist of a simpler version of the home page
3. Adding preconfigured JavaScript libraries to each page (please just quote based on adding something simple such as an image or video slideshow, again with data pulled from a separate file which I will configure myself)
4. The number of revisions included (as these are client developments they are very likely to request revisions), per page
5. The cost of each addition revision, per page

Each conversion will need to be completed within 1-2 days of the request being made, this is likely to start in the next 2 weeks, and is likely to be an ongoing requirement.

If you need any further information please do let me know. I don't mind where you are based, but it's very important that you have experience of AngularJs, that is the only framework that I am seeking a developer for at the moment, thank you.
