The requirements are fairly simple and easy to understand for this job. I am looking for bids to re-create the functionality of the Flash photo gallery here:

Requirements for new gallery:
- Compatible with iPad/iPhone (in other words, not in Flash)
- User interface the same as the above Flash gallery
- Have XML file to load the photos for the different albums and galleries
- Automatically display the photo to the appropriate scale (so that all photos don't need to be resized)
- Deploy to web server with all galleries and photos in current (above) gallery
