Hello There,
We have an excel spreadsheet for our teachers to fill in, but they return it to us with cells size modified and so on.
We would like to have the same thing but in PDF filiable format so they could not change the format.
We will discuss later which cell need to be filiabled, if such a word exist ) and also on the 4 columns on the right a 'tick' should appear if the zone if clicked on.
We will discuss details of course in due time.
Many thanks,
Francois

Hi Francois - I would suggest that it would be easier to simply restrict the ability of users to modify the format of the spreadsheet ... There are settings that can be adjusted to disallow row heights & column widths (and other things) from being changed. It would avoid users having to have the "write" version of the Adobe suite and would keep everything pretty much in the current form. Is this an option for you?
Jim.
