Convert Copywriter Copy into HTML ready to put into Metafields

Hello,
We have had a Copywriter tweak and, in some cases, re-write the copy on 10 pages on our website: www.bramwellbrown.com
9 of the pages are product pages. And the 10th is our 'About Us' page.
Attached is the Copywriter's work.
We need to paste this into our Shopify website. But it's not an easy job because we have most of the new copy inserted in Metafields that is written in HTML code.
So I'd like the attached new Copywriting to be matched into our existing HTML code format.
The below is an example of the format of code in our Metafields:
