Convert a weebly.com site to a fully functional eBay style site with CMS

We have designed a website (90%) using weebly.com and need an experienced developer to convert the .png images into functional objects, create the back end functionality and a secure CMS.

The website has a concept similar to aliexpress.com / eBay where a user can create an account and upload stock, sell stock etc and also have key features that we would like to add for our services.

We have also purchase an eBay clone script that we are happy to share for the purpose of code, functionality and CMS reference for the developer.

I can export the weebly.com files to the developer for analysis and will send the weebly.com link upon request.

The developer must have :-

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Experienced in design
3. Excellent programming skills
4. Speak and Write perfect English
