Convert 4 Ai files to HTML[html5/css3/Jquery] with Bootstrap Library

For images, please have a css rule that makes all the images have a darken overlay and when you hover over them, they become light
The play button turns green when hovered, header text gets highlighted, change text color when hovered.

[the slider is a series of indivial games (featured games), A big image will be there on the left and the rest of them are separate links to games]
Circle ratings button like gamespot or gametrailers - check at the bottom of site
the rating should be an image but function as a percentage
