Contracts Business Process Definition

Requirement:
- The consultant is required to be available in Dubai, UAE from 1st Feb 2011
- The consultant is required to work with a Contracts & Procurement Department
- The work includes understanding the existing processes in the Contracts & Procurement Department
- The work includes documenting the existing processes. (Current process documents exists and the consultant may use the documents and update the same)
- Training Material needs to be created based on the processes and the application currently in use.
- The current system being used is Maximo 6.
- Familarity with Procurement and Contracts processes will be a big plus.
- The assignment is for 30 calendar days
- Travel, accomodation will be provided
- Based on performance, a long term agreement can be established.
