Contact Form Configuration

I need help with configuring a contact form that I have on an existing web site.

On 'submit' I want the function behind the form to generate an email that is going to be sent to a fixed address.
(This could probably be done with either ASP or Java Script)
The application is running on my own server and the developer would get access to this one why it easily can be done remotely.
Should be a quick job for anyone with skills in this area.
