Configure whmcs, whm, ssl and registrar so all work correctly

I'm in a bad situation. was on a reseller host but had mail issues and a recent unannounced move to a new server with new ips and nameservers. When I posted a ? on fb another "webhost" convinced me to come to his company on a vps (not a reseller). He had to move the sites manually and lost a lot of data including one entire database (minimum). He couldn't get anything to work and said he would pay half if I hired someone. - The coder I hired luckily knew cpanel and found that the server was configured wrong and many php extensions were not turned on. He got everything working but when I told the new host what the guy found he then turned on me and became abusive and would not pay anything. The next morning all of my coders work was gone and the host still has not got anything running and I am sneaking out to a reseller account on a2. A2 migrated the sites but did not configure anything and I am lost. If I don't get help soon I'm going to have to fold a 10 year old company. I need a reasonable quote in advance as I will have to borrow the money to pay for this.
