This proposal requires a web developer to integrate a few functions and features in an existing website on our web hosting platform. following the integration of the features on our website, i will like you to integrate the html of firebase in order to make use of the features and functionalities . Afterwards upload & Deploy sdk & apk files to android and iOS via google play and iOS for the app to be available to mobile users
Just so you are aware you re not building a website from scratch you are just adding more features to it making it more user friendly
The features required are as follows:
Option for Landlords & sellers to upload images for preview for potential buyers & renters
easy to use dashboard
document storage
rent tracking and notification
tenant reminders
auto track expenses
automated tax statements
reminders for expiring documents gas certificate,landlord maintenance checks for roof leaks & health and safety risk assessment.
advanced property analytics
A tab that states -Im interested in renting or buying a property in drop down menu selection with list of towns/countries we have accommodation available i.e London Lagos Nigeria,New york,Atlanta America,Sweden.
