Complete a nearly finished dating website or Do full one again

Currently in PHP - www.mosquematch.com - we need someone to complete this, who is preferably from UK

- Experience in search function, we have a unique search feature we want to implement
- Bug and SEO fixing optimize website
- Full completion of this nearly finished site including UI
- PHP like chat i.e. enable video and microphone on the site, so no need to go to whats app. Even have something which enables someone to upload more pictures to that person like whats app.


Option 1:
