CORE OBJECTIVE
Core Objective: To act as a catalyst through building, growing, nurturing and managing online relationships that enable people to act together for the common good creating more resilient communities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Develop the vision and strategy for the online community, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
2. Manage, implement, facilitate and elevate the quality of online discussions, as well as sustain meaningful relationships with the online community.
3. Systematise and document the online community processes.
4. Define and maintain metrics to measure the impact of online community building activities.
5. Monitor the user engagement level, set community guidelines and perform additional tasks such as identifying influencers in the cybersecurity industry for possible collaboration purposes.
6. Looking for loyal users/ followers who like the brand and engage with them (such as leaving comments on their posts or answering their questions on the official profile)
7. Moderate content, solve any problems in the community and take action in case of broken policies.
8. Stay ahead of the competition on social media, looking out for trends within the cybersecurity industry.
9. Deal with the press and any legal issues regarding the brand’s image online.
10. Publish content on the site and drive organic traffic.
11. Ensure that all the information displayed on the site is relevant and up-to-date and double-check that there are no discrepancies between the website and social media platforms in terms of information.
12. Respond to customers’ comments and queries in a timely (within 24hrs) and professional manner
