~Coding needed for AS2 on php page, linking to sql database

We have an educational subscription site based on a series of lessons that are made in Action Script 2, placed on a php page.
This works with a student database, made in phpmyadmin.

The students move through the lessons in order. When they finish one, they are able to move on to the next with an arrow at the end of the lesson. The next time they log on, their progress will be remembered through the database and they are taken to the next lesson for them to complete.

Once a lesson is complete, they are able to revisit it again.

We need the following 2 pieces of action script 2 that we can use in each lesson:
• Action script within the Flash file that will move the students on to the next lesson. This will also need to update the student database.

• Action script that will send them to a logout page (php page).

We have some action script but it is not working on Internet Explorer. The script needs to work on all browsers.

Please tell us if you are able to produce these two pieces of script and the cost.
