Coding issues on my re-sizing mobile website....I need help!

Description: HELP, I have the layout for a simple mobile page sorted, however i am having some real issues trying to use viewport.

I want to:

1. sort the zooming (viewport)
2. incorporate the calculator used in the main site. (www.fabriccoveredshutters/calc/shutter%20calc/shutter%20calc.htm)
3. put a redirect for the mobile site on the main landing page.

I envisage this to be an easy fix for a person who knows. Please have a look at the coding and give me a price to fix.

Then in a few weeks I would like to address issues on the main page and tie the two sites in together.

I am looking for somebody to work with long term as the product develops.
