Code our JQuery Mobile page

General information for the website: Style our Jquery 1.4 page

Description of every page/module: Please load www.curiousoffice.com/realself on your iPhone. As you can see, it differs from the desktop version. We made that mobile page using default jquery mobile controls merely to see if it performed better than our desktop page. It did. So, we now have a new, updated design to better match our website.
Description of requirements/features: Your job will be simply to take this new design and code it up. Include all the list items you currently see when you load www.realself.com on your iPhone as well as the new footer that you can see in the new design (referring to this: http://d.pr/i/IoT0)

Drop the search form in but don't worry about making it work. We will handle that.

You will have to manually link all the menu items to the correct pages however. Just copy the link destinations you currently see when you load www.curiousoffice.com/realself
