create cms based jcarousel that displays images and dates of events linked to a mysql table

short version of the event text to display below the image of the event

include logic that matches current date to events in the DB plus number of days in future.

include logic that matches events with permissions to include or exclude on the home page.

allow dates to display on vertical right of image with simple CSS of 40% opacity white background, css name is "caudate"

display 4 dates at a time along the vertical use a thin line to separate the dates which display in following format

alto 1 font size 14
with 2 lines for date
line 1 has 3 letters for month
line 2 2 numbers for date

each calendar item will follow a set of inputs for data including html links to 3rd party sites and html links to interior page of the site where a longer description of the event can be found.

another option for the links is to create a java slide to reveal the event information and the url must change to include the event meta details.

code must utilize an image library to store images using following format and php file for managing the images

store images in a folder by date of event

create page the displays the longer version of the event. utilize a WYSIWYG to support the CMS
