CleverReach integration in TYPO3 7.6

I have two tasks for integrating CleverReach into a TYPO3 website (Version 7.6.23). The website has to languages. So both tasks should be accomplished for both languages.

1. The website has a contact form (Extension form) with a checkbox to register for a newsletter. If the user checks the box he should be registered for the CleverReach Newsletter. There is already an extension for this task (cleverreach). But I don't know, how to implement it.

2. After inserting a news (Extension tx_news) a newsletter should be sent to a CleverReach recipient list. The newsletter should contain the link to the respective news (in the correct language).

I guess, if you are familiar with CleverReach and TYPO3 the tasks should take about two hours to accomplish. If I am wrong, please tell me. I need this job finished as soon as possible. If you are interested I can give you a link to the test website.
