Clean Malware & Update Drupal Core

Dears,

i have a very basic website built on Durpal, current version is 7.60 the website been hacked with malware, i can restore a backup but this will keep the security issue as is so i am thinking of cleaning it up and then upgrade to the latest core.

straight forward project with no complications.

budget is very limited and the whole project is optional so i may only restore a backup and deal with this matter later in case i didn't get the proper price, kindly send your proposal.
