Chrome browser extension to move text between text boxes

Chrome Extension:
1) Once installed all multi-line text boxes will have a small button on the bottom right (our logo) show up in all web pages.
2) If button with our logo is pressed, our text editor will open over the page (we have already text editor built) - populated with any text that was in the box on the webpage
3) Edits can be made our text editor within the open box over the page
4) Once completed, a button can be pressed (within the open box) and it will close - and the text will be taken from the editor and placed in the original text box on the page.
